"Deep-frying doughnut of the pumpkin" is a Japanese style doughnut made from the pumpkin and the pancake mix. The sweetness of the pumpkin favors the doughnut of the hull, and delicious extends to the mouth.
*Ingredients
Pumpkin: 400 grams(Ahead four people)
The pancake mix: Ahead one person
Oil:Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:The part of the skin of the pumpkin is peeled off. And, it cuts it like dice with all sides of from 4 to 5 centimeters.
2:1 is heated with the microwave oven for about five minutes.
3:The pancake mix is melted in thick by milk or water.
4:Oil is heated.
5:@2 is put in 3 and it twines it enough, and it puts in the oil of 4 and it deep-fries. It puts on oil blotting paper and oil is cut when rising until toasting.
6:Completion.
*Tips
1:It uses it mixing flour, sugar, a baking powder, and the egg, etc. if there is no pancake mix.
2:The pancake mix doesn't twine round the pumpkin well if it doesn't melt it in thicky. It becomes the tempura of a mere pumpkin.
