Furofuki radish

"Furofuki radish" is a dish that is greatly cut the radish, heated, seasoned with the miso sweetly cooked, and eats. The body gets warm if eating when it is cold though is a simple dish.
*Ingredients
Radish: 1/3-1/4
Water:A small amount
Japanese style sauce(soy sauce): One teaspoon.
Sugar:A small amount
Miso:2 teaspoons
Sake:2 teaspoons
Sesame:A small amount
*Instructions
1:The radish peels off the skin. And, it cuts it in the thickness of about three centimeters. And, carving the cross is put in the surface with the kitchen knife. It becomes easy for heat to pass in this carving.
2:Japanese style sauce (Soy sauce in case of not being) and water are incased mixing it. The radish is put in that. It covers the container with the Saranwrap.
3:2 is heated with the microwave oven for 5 minutes. OK if the toothpick is pierced, and it enters the inside easily. If it is still hard, it heats it again for about 2 minutes.
4:The miso, sugar, and sake are taken in another container and it often mixes it. It covers the container with the Saranwrap.
5:4 is heated with the microwave oven for about 20 seconds.
6:It takes out once and it mixes it. And, it heats it with the microwave oven again for about 20 seconds.
7:The miso of six is put on the radish of 3. In addition, sesame is sprinkled.
8:Completion.
*Tips
1:"Furofuki" means the dish that is greatly cut the material, cooked softly, spread miso on, and eats.
2:Please note the heating of the radish. When time is insufficient, it becomes underdone. Moisture disappears, and dries up when heating it too much.
