Gridiron is the net to burn the fire directly it doesn't apply but making it appear by heat. Special cooking appliances are usually necessary to roast it. However, you can easily roast the ingredient with the gas stove by using the gridiron. It obtains for hundreds of yen in the cheap one. It is difficult for the part that corresponds directly to the fire to maintain a lot, to extend over a long period of time, and to use it. You buy it newly ahead of time.
