The kitchen paper is a thick tissue paper for a kitchen. It uses it to wipe the oil that attaches to the frying-pan and the kitchen off. Moreover, it is likely to pave under the ingredient to absorb extra oil when you do the tempura and the deep-frying thing and to use it. Wrapping with wet kitchen paper might be good for the ingredient that should keep moisture for a long term. Being possible to use it readily is an advantage because it uses it by disposable.
