The tofu dish that puts "flour jam" made from minced meat, and makes to a little rich appearance and taste. It finishes as an article of the side dish with splendid mere tofu.

Tofu: Half

Minced meat:30g

Carrot: A little(10g)

Soy sauce:1 big spoon

Sugar:1 teaspoon

Mirin:1 big spoon

Flour:20g

Welsh onion:A small amount

*Instructions
1:Tofu is cut in the thickness of about 10mm. It tears up the carrot.

2:Flour is melted by water. Please make water a lot of a little. Extent to which slowness attaches a little.

3:The minced meat, the carrot, the soy sauce, sugar, and the mirin are put and mixed with '2'.

4:Tofu is put on the plate and '3' is put on.

5:'4' is put in the microwave oven and it heats it for 3 minutes.

6:The Welsh onion cut in '5' in detail is sprinkled on.

7:Completion.

*Tips
1:"flour jam" after it heats it with the microwave oven hardens when water that melts flour is a little.

2:Please cut narrowing the carrot a little. It becomes difficult for the fire to pass when thick.

3:Soboro is a minced meat.
