Bacon boiling of eggplant

The side dish that matches the eggplant and bacon and cooks it with the mirin easily. The sweetness of the mirin is very suitable for the eggplant. An article of the eggplant the best though it is delicious at short time.
*Ingredients
Eggplant: 2
Bacon:1 piece
Oil:1 big spoon
Soy sauce:1 teaspoon
Mirin:2 big spoons
Water:150cc
*Instructions
1:The eggplant takes the part of the head. The skin is peeled off the striped pattern in the peeler. In addition, it cuts it in the thickness of about 3@centimeters.
2:Bacon is cut in the width of about 1 centimeter in detail.
3:Oil is put in the heated frying-pan. And, bacon is heated.
4:When the bacon grease comes out by '3', the eggplant is added. And, it stir-fries with the medium flame for about one minute.
5:The soy sauce, the mirin, and water are added to the frying-pan of '4'. And, it makes to the low flame and it cooks it for about 10 minutes.
6:Completion.
*Tips
1:The accent is added to the taste when it prints in the completion, lower ginger is put or it peppers it.
2:The purpose of the soapberry is to often have externals in the striped pattern as for the skin of the eggplant. It is moreover because the taste is soaked into the eggplant.
