Bacon rolling of eggplant

A light-hearted dish only of cutting the eggplant thinly, and rolling with bacon. Hotful of the Welsh onion favors the sweetness of the eggplant and bacon further more. Because externals are also good, it is possible to use it also for the party dish etc.
*Ingredients
Eggplant: 2
Bacon: 4-5 pieces
Scallion (white part): Half book
Vinegar soy sauce:2 big spoons
*Instructions
