Roasting boiling of Leaf of radish and Egg

The dish that effectively uses the leaf part that remains when the dish of the radish is made. The accent is added to coloring and tasting by mixing it with the roasting boiling of the egg.
*Ingredients
Leaf of radish: Proper quantity(To the extent that it remains)
Egg:1
Soy sauce:1 teaspoon
Mirin:1 teaspoon
Sugar:1 teaspoon
Salt:Proper quantity
Salad oil: Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:The leaf of the radish that remains because of other dishes is lightly boiled with the hot water that puts the salt. And, water is drained. And, it cuts in pieces in detail.
2:Oil is paved in the frying-pan and it heats it. And, the leaf of the radish cut in pieces is stir-fried for about 1 minute.
3:The soy sauce, the mirin, and are added to '2' and it mixes it.
4:The egg is added to '3'. And, it keeps adding the fire mixing it. It continues until moisture is almost lost.
5:Completion.
*Tips
1:When the pepper or the cayenne pepper are put a little, a further accent is added to the taste.
