Kinpira mix meal

Easy mix meal that added delicious of the coming burdock to meal as it was. The person who likes Kinpira should make it.
*Ingredients
Burdock:1/2
Carrot:1/2
Soy sauce:1 teaspoon
Mirin:1 teaspoon
Sesame oil:1 big spoon
Meal:2 cups
Cutting down dried bonito:A small amount
White sesame:2 big spoon vinegar: Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:It tears up the burdock and the carrot by about 3mm in thickness. And, it soaks in water that puts vinegar in and lye is pulled out. It soaks for as much as 30 minutes and is enough.
2:The frying-pan is heated and sesame oil is added. And, it stir-fries adding the burdock, the carrot, the soy sauce, and the mirin, and it heats.
3:It mixes it in addition to meal that prepares '2'.
4:A cutting down dried bonito and white sesame are sprinkled on on '3'. And, it lightly mixes it.
5:Completion.
*Tips
1:The burdock and the carrot become difficult for the fire to pass it if it cuts it in thick. Please make the time that the fire passes long while cut a little greatly to enjoy the volume feeling.
2:A pungent taste can be added by sprinkling the cayenne pepper when the burdock and the carrot are stir-fried with the frying-pan.
