The stir-fry that makes the potato and the carrot the main. The dish to which coloring is also vivid, the volume feeling of the potato makes the stomach full, and power seems to attach by the garlic power, too.

Potato Kinpira Image*Ingredients
Potato:2-3 pieces

Carrot:Half

Pork:50g

Green pepper:1 piece

Garlic:2 putting

Mirin:1 big spoon

Sugar:A little

Soy sauce:1 teaspoon

*Instructions
1:Garlic is cut in pieces in detail. It tears up the potato and the carrot after peeling off the skin. It tears up the green pepper.

2:Pork and garlic are stir-fried with the frying-pan. When the fire passes, it stir-fries adding the potato, the carrot, and the green pepper.

3:The soy sauce, sugar , and the mirin are seasoned to '2' in addition.

4:Completion.

*Tips
1:The accent attaches to the taste when the pepper is added.

2:After it tears, you may have heated it with the microwave oven for about 30 seconds if it is not thought that it is easy to pass the fire to the carrot and the potato.
