Soft brown sugar of sweet potato

A simple dish only of boiling the sweet potato with the soft brown sugar. Peculiar sweetness to the soft brown sugar favors the sweetness of the sweet potato further. It is recommended when it is not satisfactory only to boil the sweet potato.
*Ingredients
Sweet potato:1
Soft brown sugar:1 big spoon
Salt:A little
*Instructions
1:The sweet potato is politely washed. And, the round slices is done to 1 centimeter in width without peeling off the skin. Afterwards, it soaks it to water for ten minutes.
2:The sweet potato of '1' is put in the pan, and, in addition, water is added. As for water, the entire entire sweet potato is covered. And, the soft brown sugar and the salt (sweep) are added.
3:'2' is heated. It makes to the medium flame and it boils it. And, it cooks it for about 10 minutes until it makes to the low flame, and the sweet potato becomes soft when boiling up.
4:It shuts off the heat. And, it leaves just as it is for a while, and the taste is soaked into the sweet potato.
5:Completion.
*Tips
1:The fire firmly passes timing that shuts off the heat to the sweet potato. It shuts off the heat when becoming piercingly to the sweet potato of the toothpick, and sticking at once soft.
