The dish that brings the material of the mushroom, the vegetable, meat, and three kind three externals together in one. The texture of the eryngii adds the volume feeling. Bacon:2-3 pieces

Chinese cabbage:2 stocks

Eryngii:1

Sugar:1/2 big spoons

Soy sauce:1 big spoon

Sake:1 big spoon

*Instructions
1:Eryngii are divided into 4 parts with length. And, the chinese cabbage and the eryngii are made a wick with bacon, and it wraps it like the spiral.

2:Soup is made mixing sugar, the soy sauce, and sake. '1' is soaked to the soup for about 10 minutes.

3:'1' is taken out of soup and it arranges it to the plate. And, it heats it with the microwave oven for 2 minutes putting the Saranwrap.

4:Soup of '2' is soaked to '3' again, and the Saranwrap is done again. And, it heats it with the microwave oven for 1 minute.

5:Soup of '2' is soaked to '4' again. And, it heats it with the microwave oven for 1 and a half minutes without doing the Saranwrap this time.

6:Completion.

*Tips
1:When it is easy to get loose when the scroll is made from bacon, you may fix with a toothpick.

2:When soaking it to soup for about 10 minutes before it heats it with the microwave oven, you may turn it inside out several times.
