Bean curd hamburg steak

The dish that makes the bean curd the main. Combustion in a lot of hamburg steak style bean curd tools where contents are rolled with bacon. To make the kneading thing, this dish is made.
*Ingredients
Hard tofu:1
Bacon:Several pieces
Egg:1/2 pieces
Carrot:A small amount
Mushroom:Several pieces
Salt:1/2 teaspoons
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoons
Vinegar:A small amount
Oil:1 teaspoon
*Instructions
1:The bean curd heats with the microwave oven for 3-4 minutes and is dehydrated.
2:It tears up the carrot and the mushroom. And, it heats heating it with the microwave oven for 2 minutes.
3:'1' and '2' are mixed. In addition, it mixes it adding the salt, sugar, and the egg.
4:It rounds it dividing '3' into the proper quantity. And, it rolls with bacon and it fixes with the toothpick.
5:Oil is added to the frying-pan and it heats it. And, '4' is burnt until bacon grills up beautifully.
6:'5' vinegar is sprinkled.
7:Completion.
*Tips
1:Please remove the moisture of the bean curd enough. The part of the tool is not settled well.
2:You may add the brown alga and the gunwale, etc. that not are to the material.
