The easy boiled food created with the chinese cabbage and the mushroom. A taste that the mushroom and is both chinese cabbage mixes each other, and delicious is favored. Nourishment is abundantly included, and a good article for the body.
*Ingredients
Chinese cabbage:1/2 bunches
Mushroom:2 pieces
Seasoning soup:500cc
Soy sauce:1 big spoon
Salt:1/2 teaspoons
Sake:2 teaspoons
*Instructions
1:The chinese cabbage is often washed. And, the root is cut. In addition, it cuts it in the length of five centimeters. The part where the branch is hard is cut, and the mushroom is cut thinly.
2:The seasoning soup, the soy sauce, the salt, and sake are put in the pan, it cooks with the gas set to medium, and it sets it up. And, it cooks it further adding the chinese cabbage and the mushroom.
3:When the chinese cabbage seems to wither and to have passed the fire, it shuts off the heat. And, it leaves just as it is until getting cold, and the taste is soaked.
4:Completion.
*Tips
1:Please substitute it with the mirin when there is no sake. Please substitute a small amount of dried bonito for the equal amount of water in addition when there is no seasoning soup.
2:When a small amount of dried bonito is sprinkled when eating, it can be delicious.
