Fried rice of egg and bean curd

A Japanese style fried rice that mixed the egg, the bean curd, and the dried bonito. A soft texture to meal of the bean curd is unexpectedly suitable. To make the one that was different from the fried rice with a mere egg, it does recommended.
*Ingredients
Hard tofu:150g
Egg:1
Meal:2 meal teacups
Dried bonito:Proper quantity
Blue Welsh onion:Proper quantity
Seasoning with salt and pepper:Proper quantity
Soy sauce:2 teaspoons
White sesame:Proper quantity
Sesame oil:2 big spoons
*Instructions
1:The hard tofu is heated with the microwave oven for about 2 minutes. The purpose is to pull out moisture. Moreover, a blue Welsh onion is carved in detail.
2:When the frying-pan is heated, and steam occurs, sesame oil is added, the egg is put in addition, and the roasting egg is made. The egg is taken out of the frying-pan once.
3:Sesame oil is added to the frying-pan again, and it puts it while destroying '1' by the hand. And, the bean curd is stir-fried.
4:The dried bonito, seasoning with salt and pepper, and the soy sauce are put and stir-fried to '3'. When it mixes moderately and the fire passes, the roasting egg of meal and '2' is put in addition and everything is stir-fried.
5:When the whole mixes well, it shuts off the heat sprinkling a blue Welsh onion and sesame.
6:Completion.
*Tips
1:The water of the entire combustion rice increases if the bean curd doesn't do the drainer well.
2:You may add the meat and poultry such as the fish meat sausage, bacons, and the hams and finely chopped onions suiting one's taste.
