The hard, sweet cake bound with sugar by using enough sweet potato. To sweets please because it is possible to make it from an easy material at once. It often acts on the stomach because it is enough fibered.

Sweet potato:300g

Soft brown sugar (refined sugar):50g

Soy sauce:1 teaspoon

Sake:1 teaspoon

Water:1 big spoon

Black sesame:1 big spoon

*Instructions
1:The sweet potato is often washed to the thickness of 7-8milli in water with the skin attached completely. It makes it like a long and slender stick to cutting it in the width of 7-8milli.

2:'1' is applied to water for about 30 minutes.

3:'2' is put out from water, and water is often wiped off. And, it deep-fries to 160 degrees until toasting by the heated oil.

4:'3' is taken out, oil is cut, and it cools it.

5:The soft brown sugar (refined sugar) and the soy sauce, sake, and water are put in the pan and it puts it on the fire. The sweet potato of '4' is put and it twines when it has heat, and a detailed bubble occurs. It takes it out evenly when twining round the potato.

6:'5' is put so as not to come in succession (Arrange it on newspaper and the cooking seat) and cooled. And, black sesame is put up.

7:Completion.

*Tips
1:Please wipe moisture off firmly when you put the sweet potato on oil. Oil splashes if it is insufficient.
