Egg dressing of cabbage

The egg was added to the vinegar pickle of the cabbage. Delicious, that coloring is beautiful and unexpected though can easily make. The dish to understand the goodness of the compatibility of the egg and the cabbage again.
*Ingredients
Egg:1
Cabbage:4-5 pieces
Salt:A little
Sesame oil:2 teaspoons
Salad oil:1 big spoon
Vinegar:1 big spoon
Soy sauce:2 big spoons
Whole-grain mustard:1 teaspoon
*Instructions
1:The cabbage takes the wick. And, it cuts it in all sides 3 centimeters. The part of the wick is often beaten with the club etc. , and cut in all sides 3 centimeters afterwards.
2:It boils cabbage with the hot water. And, the water of the cabbage is drained with the bamboo basket. And, the cabbage is moved to the bowl. In addition, it cools it mixing it adding the salt and sesame oil (1 teaspoon).
3:The egg is mixed. And, the salad oil is poured into the frying-pan heated by the high heat. The egg is added to the frying-pan and it mixes it quickly. When the fire passes to the egg, it shuts off the heat at once.
4:'2', '3', vinegar, the soy sauce, sesame oil (1 teaspoon), and the whole-grain mustard are added to the bowl. And, it mixes it.
5:Completion.
*Tips
1:The egg puts out the fire at once when heating. Scorching must note not attaching.
