October 20, 2007 11:11 AM | cooked , main , recipes , vegetable & fruit
*Outline
The boiled food was made by simply using the potato and the mushroom. The taste soaks because it has stir-fried first, too. Tasting sesame oil makes the potato and the mushroom more delicious.
*Ingredients
Potato:2
Mushroom:4 pieces
Sesame oil:1 big spoon
Mirin:1 big spoon
Salt:A little
Soy sauce:1 teaspoon
Water:50cc
*Instructions
1:The potato peels off the skin. And, it cuts it in the half. And, it thinly cuts it in 1 centimeter further thickness. It soaks it in water afterwards. The part of the handle is taken, and the mushroom is cut in the half.
2:Sesame oil is put in the frying-pan and it heats it. The water of the potato of '1' is drained, it puts in the frying-pan, and it stir-fries. When the fire passes to the potato, it stir-fries adding the mushroom for about 1 minute further.
3:'2' is moved to the pan. And, the mirin, the salt, the soy sauce, and water are added. It cooks it until the water decreases by the medium flame.
4:Completion.
*Tips
1:Please note that the potato doesn't scorch when sauting in fry pan.
2:Stir-frying with the pan cooked from the beginning without using the frying-pan might be also good.
