Boiling-soaking of cabbage

Cooking from which the cabbage is easily eaten enough. Delicious of fat permeates through the cabbage and extends by adding bacon. To take the vegetable with soup, you may make time in.
*Ingredients
Cabbage:1/4 pieces
Bacon:2-3 pieces
Seasoning soup:250ml
Sake:2 big spoons
Mirin:2 big spoons
Soy sauce:2 teaspoons
Salad oil:1 teaspoon
*Instructions
1:The cabbage washes beautifully, and chops off the wick. And, it cuts it in all sides 3 centimeters. Bacon is cut in the width of about 4 centimeters.
2:The salad oil is put in the pan, and bacon is stir-fried. When the fire passes to bacon, it stir-fries further adding the cabbage.
3:When the fire passes to the cabbage, it cooks it adding the stock.
4:When '3' boils, sake, the mirin, and the soy sauce are added. And, it cooks it further.
5:When '4' boils, it cooks it as it is for 2-3 minutes.
6:Completion.
*Tips
1:Pork with fat instead of bacon might be acceptable.
2:When the pepper is sprinkled at the end, the accent is added to the taste.
