Pork:200g

Cabbage:1/4(mini size)

Onion:1/2 pieces

Salad oil:1 teaspoon

Miso:1 big spoon

Dish sake(or mirin):1 spoon

Sugar:1 teaspoon

Pepper: A little

*Instructions
1:Pork is thin and cut in the size eaten in one mouthful. After it often washes, the cabbage is cut in one item size. The onion is sliced.

2:The frying-pan is heated. And, the salad oil is added. And, pork is added. It stir-fries. It heats.

3:The miso, the dish sake, and sugar are added to '2' and it mixes it. It mixes it for about 10 seconds.

4:The cabbage and the onion are added to '3'. It often stir-fries until the fire passes. It gets it with the taste adding the pepper on the way.

5:Completion.

*Tips
1:Please remove the person who hates heart of a cabbage by '1'.

2:You may add sweet soy-beans bar by the favor. The sharp taste becomes an accent.
