Dressing thing of qing-geng-cai and fried bean curd

The greengrocer where and the qing-geng-cai that was able to be bought readily even if it was super were dressed with the fried bean curd recently. The nutritional balance can be taken by affixing it when thinking, "The vegetable is insufficient for the side dish".
*Ingredients
Qing-geng-cai:1
Fried bean curd :1/2 pieces
Soy sauce:1 teaspoon
Seasoning soup:1 teaspoon
*Instructions
1:Qing-geng-cai cuts the part of the root. And, cut it from the fourth class to 6 capitation to length completely.
2:Brings the water to the boil and '1' is boiled for 1 minute-2 minutes.
3:'2' is moved from the hot water to the bamboo basket and the water is cut. And, cut it in length from 3 to 4cm.
4:The net is heated. And, the fried bean curd is put on the net, and both sides are burnt by the low flame.
5:Cuts it in the size in which '4' is eaten in one mouthful.
6:The soy sauce and the seasoning soup are added to the bowl and mix it. And, '3' and '5' are put and mixed.
7:Completion.
*Tips
1:Please do not boil qing-geng-cai too much. It cannot enjoy the texture.
2:You may sprinkle sesame at the end.
