Sweet potato buckwheat dumpling

Buckwheat flour is an excellent ingredient that can be eaten even if it doesn't heat it. It runs to a present convenience food. It made to the dumpling mixing it, and, in addition, it burnt with the frying-pan with the sweet potato this time though the application was effective in various dishes.
*Ingredients
Sweet potato:200g
Rice cake:50-70g
Salt:A little
Honey:Proper quantity
Sesame oil:Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:The sweet potato peels off the skin. And, about one cuts it in the cube of three centimeters. In addition, it puts in water and lye is pulled out.

*Tips
