Chaozu wrapping of pumpkin

A large amount of pumpkins on the hand with cheaply were encompassed by the skin of the chaozu and it deep-fried when becoming harvest time. Tasting that peculiar sweetness to the pumpkin is good has been put out. It is possible to pick it up easily because it is smaller than the spring roll. An article fit as for sweets and the side dish.
*Ingredients
Pumpkin:200g
Skin of chaozu:10 pieces
Raw sugar:2 big spoons
Salt:A little
Frying oil:Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:The pumpkin peels off the skin. And, washes in water. And, cut it in the hexahedron of 3 centimeters. The cut pumpkin is put in a heatproof container, and it covers with the Saranwrap. And, heat it with the microwave oven for 5 minutes.
2:The raw sugar salt is added to '1', and mix it while crushing the pumpkin. Grind it down enough.
3:'2' is encompassed by the skin of the chaozu. Firmly stop it applying water to the part on the encompassed edge so that contents should not go out.
4:The frying oil is heated, and '3' is deep-fried with the medium flame.
5:Completion.
*Tips
1:Because the pumpkin is sweet enough, you may pull out raw sugar.
2:Even if the pumpkin is crushed rough or is crushed in detail, a delicious chaozu rolling can be done.
