Slice salad of onion

The salad that was able to be made easily was made if there was an onion. When thick goods in the meat cookery etc. queue up on the table, doing and preparing it as daily dishes of resting might be good for the article. Peculiar to the onion painful is pungent.
*Ingredients
Onion:1
Dried bonito:2 big spoons
Soy sauce:Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:The onion is cut in half length. And, the cut is done below, and it slices along the fiber. And, the cut onion is put in the cool water. It leaves just as it is for about 10 minutes.
2:The water of '1' is cut. And, it piles up in the plate and matches it.
3:The dried bonito is sprinkled on '2'. And, the soy sauce is sprinkled on that.
4:Completion.
*Tips
1:If painful is a strong onion, it puts in the bamboo basket before it lowers into water and it does that it is washing in clear water many times.
2:It might be also good to put Japanese style dressing instead of the soy sauce.
