Onion and chicken steamed with sake

A simple dish that seasons the onion and chicken with the dish sake and the salt, and steams. Because oil is not used, healthy finish. It is recommended in the person who wants to enjoy tasting simple chicken.
*Ingredients
Onion:1/2 pieces
Chicken thigh meat:1 piece(100g)
Salt:A little
Dish sake:1 big spoon
Ponzu sauce:Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:The onion is cut in half length. And, the cut is kept down according to the fiber completely. About 5milli of thickness might be good.
2:Chicken is cut in the width about 1 centimeter.
3:Chicken and the onion are alternately displayed on the plate. The part of the skin of chicken is adjusted under the plate at this time. It starts salting it with the dish sake on when finishing arranging it.
4:'3' is put in the steamer. And, it steams until it makes to the medium flame, the color of chicken changes completely, and heat passes. About 10 minutes are standards.
5:When '4' is cooled, it takes it out of the steamer. And, it dishes up to the plate.
6:The ponzu sauce is sprinkled on '5'.
7:Completion.
*Tips
1:Please cover with the Saranwrap when there is no steamer and heat it with the microwave oven for about 10 minutes.
2:Even if the soy sauce and the mustard are used instead of the ponzu sauce, it might be delicious.
