Minces by the peeler an easy onion

It is unexpectedly time-consuming to make the mince of the onion. However, if there is a peeler, it is possible to make it easily and speedily.
First of all, the onion is cut in half length. And, a detailed cut is put in length according to the fiber with the root left.
When it finishes putting the cut, it has the onion in the hand, and the peeler is applied. And, the incision is pulled in a vertical direction. The mince can make easily from this.
Note is sharpness of the peeler. It doesn't cut well if the part of the blade has become duller. When it is not possible to tear well, let's newly buy newly and use it.
