Salad of new cabbage

The freshness of the cabbage of in season was made the best use of as much as possible and a salad simple as possible to be tasted it was made. Let's enjoy the texture of the cabbage and the cucumber. Moreover, let's get it delicious with the Ponzu soy sauce.
*Ingredients
Cabbage: 1/2 pieces(Small type)
Cucumber:1
Bacon:1 piece
Salt:A little
Ponzu soy sauce:Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:The cabbage is washed well in water. And, make it to the tear.
2:The cucumber is made a round slices small. It tears up bacon.
3:The cabbage and the cucumber are put in a separate container. And, the salt is sprinkled respectively. And, time is made to be passed for about 10 minutes. And, moisture is squeezed enough. And, bring it together in one container.
4:Bacon is added to '3', and Ponzu soy sauce is put and, in addition, dressed.
5:Completion.
*Tips
1:Usual vinegar might be acceptable if there is no Ponzu soy sauce.
2:It can enjoy a different texture when it can be suitable add sesame at the end.
3:Scrambled eggs are separately made, and coloring becomes beautiful if it mixes at the end.
