Stir-fry of cabbage and sausage

A simple stir-fry of the cabbage and the sausage. It is possible to make it from the one with a simple material at once. The olive oil favors the flavor. It might be good also for the switch to say nothing of the side dish of meal. Moreover, might a dish appropriate for the practice of the stir-fry.
*Ingredients
Cabbage: 150g
Sausage:2
White wine:1 teaspoon
Salt:A little
Pepper:A little
Olive oil:1 teaspoon
*Instructions
1:The cabbage is cut in all sides 3 centimeters. The pause is diagonally put, and the sausage is cut in about 1-2 centimeters in length.
2:The frying-pan is heated and the olive oil is added. And, it is possible to hurt by putting the cabbage in that in the low flame. The water is contained while making it not scorch sometimes adding the small quantity of water.
3:When the fire passes to the cabbage, the sausage is added. And, it stir-fries while mixing it for about 1 minute.
4:The salt and the pepper are sprinkled on '3'. And, it stir-fries for about 20 seconds.
5:The white wine is sprinkled on '4' evenly.
6:Completion.
*Tips
1:The cabbage is burned at once. Please note the degree of fire.
