Vinegar miso dressing of cabbage

The cabbage was dressed with sesame and the miso. There is unexpectedly a volume feeling because the texture of the burdock is steady, too. As for the switch, it might be acceptable of sake as the garnish or the side dish of meal.
*Ingredients
Cabbage:1/3 pieces
Burdock:1/2
Needing sesame:Proper quantity
Miso:30g
Vinegar:2 big spoons
Sugar:Proper quantity
*Instructions
1:The burdock peels off the skin. And, it long and slenderly cuts it. Water and 1 big spoon of vinegar are put in the bowl, and the burdock cut in that is put. And, it leaves just as it is for about 10 minutes.
2:The cabbage is long and slenderly cut.
3:'1' and '2' are put in the pan that water enters respectively and heat it. It shuts off the heat, and the hot water is separately cut, and moisture is squeezed and will be taken in 30 seconds.
4:Flatters it with the earthenware mortar. And, the miso and 1 big spoon of vinegar are put. In addition, sugar is taken only just a little. And, it often prints and match it.
5:The cabbage and the burdock boiled to '4' by '3' are added. And, dresses well it.
6:Completion.
*Tips
1:You may grind down sesame enough. Moreover, you may crush rough and leave the tooth sitting dividing of sesame.
