Carrot:1

Onion:1/4 pieces

Vinegar:3 big spoons

Soy sauce:2 teaspoons

Sesame oil:1 big spoon

Honey:1 teaspoon

*Instructions
1:The carrot is made silce of 5 centimeters in length. Please cut it as thinly as possible. The onion is sliced according to the fiber.

2:Vinegar, the soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey are put in one container, and mix it well.

3:'2' is put in '1', and it soaks it for 10 minutes or more.

4:Completion.

*Tips
1:It has a hard time when eating when the carrot is thick cut. Let's cut it as thinly as possible. It might be also good to use the slicer.
