Bean sprout:100g
Three stalk of the leaf:1/4 bunches
Carving paste:Proper quantity
Seasoning soup:2 big spoons
Soy sauce:1 teaspoon
*Instructions
1: Three leaves are quickly boiled with the hot water. And, when heat is cooled because it leaves it for a while, the part of the stalk is cut in the length of 3 centimeters. The bean sprout is similarly boiled, and it chills one's enthusiasm.
2:The bean sprout and three leaf of '1' are mixed and pile it up in the plate. And, the seasoning soup and the soy sauce are additionally sprinkled on, and, in addition, the carving seaweed is put.
3:Completion.
*Tips
1:If the seasoning soup and the soy sauce are substituted for Chinese dressing, it becomes it in the Chinese style. Moreover, you may add sesame oil by the favor.
