Bean sprout gelatin noodle salad

The gelatin noodle, the cucumber, and the ham were added to the bean sprout, and the salad like the summer chinese noodles was made. Let's take enough dietary fiber while tasting the texture of the bean sprout.
*Ingredients
Bean sprout:1/4 bags
Gelatin noodle:30g
Sirloin ham:2 pieces
Cucumber:1/2
White pickpocket sesame:1/2 teaspoons
Soy sauce:1 big spoon
Vinegar:1 teaspoon
Sugar:1 teaspoon
Sesame oil:1 teaspoon
The salt:a little
*Instructions
1:Return it to former shape applying the gelatin noodle to water or the hot water. And, after moisture is firmly removed, cut it in the length that eats easily with the kitchen knife.
2:The white pickpocket sesame, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and the salt are put and mixed with the bowl. And, mix it further adding '1'.
3:The ham and the cucumber are long and slenderly cut in the length of 5 centimeters respectively.
4:The bean sprout is put in the boiling hot water and boil it for about 2 minutes. And, move to the bamboo basket and the hot water is cut.
5:'3' and '4' are added to '2' and mix it several times.
6:Completion.
*Tips
1:If mustard is garnished when eating, it becomes more and more like the summer chinese noodles.
