Ginger grilling of pork that puts a lot of bean sprouts

The dish that unified the bean sprout and pork by the content of a lot of effective vitamins B1 in the body tiredness. A wonderful dish that can not only keep happy by delicious but also effectively heals tiredness.
*Ingredients
Bean sprout:1/2 bags
Pig rose thinly sliced meat:100g
Ginger:1 putting
Dish sake:2 teaspoons
Soy sauce:1 teaspoon
Salad oil:1 teaspoon
Sugar:1/2 teaspoons
Salt:A little
Pepper:A little
Sesame oil:1 teaspoon
*Instructions
1:Pork is cut in the size of about 5 centimeters. And, the taste is soaked often massaging it adding the one, 1 dish sake teaspoon, and 1 soy sauce teaspoon that grates ginger by 1/2 splinters.
2:The salad oil is put in the frying-pan and heat it by the medium flame. And, it adds sugar. When the color follows to sugar, '1' is added.
3:The pork of '2' is burnt with both sides. And, mix it adding the one that 1 soy sauce teaspoon, 1 dish sake teaspoon, and ginger 1/2 were grated. The fire is made a high heat and it burns for about 1 minute.
4:Pork is taken out of the frying-pan of '3'. And, the bean sprout is put under such a condition. It stir-fries further for about 30 seconds adding the salt and the pepper when stir-frying for about 1 minute like the high heat.
5:Sesame oil is mixed with '4' sprinkling it.
6:'5' is put on the plate, and the burnt pork is put.
7:Completion.
*Tips
1:The bean sprout begins to be burned at once. When scorching comes into view, the salt and the pepper are added at once.
