A dish simmered in syrup of an apple and the sweet potato

With an all-star representative of the autumn taste, an apple and a sweet potato, I made a delicious snack to be able to simplify. Both the fiber and the vitamin C are included in richness, and I am after I get cold, and taste does not decline either.
*Ingredients
An apple:Half
